Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all T'EYES tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
